Standard Medicaid

Home Help through MDHHS, with Bluelake Homecare hiring and assigning the caregiver.

Home Help through MDHHS where a family member or friend is the paid caregiver and enrolls in CHAMPS.

Private pay

The client or their family pays directly, with or without long-term care insurance behind it.

Payment authorization

Follows the private pay packet: the Service Agreement signed, plus card or bank details for weekly invoicing.
